Feeling overwhelmed with technology? You should try being on the support side of people like you.

While most tech guys get stereo-typed as “have you tried turning it off and back on” wise guys, when we are troubleshooting your problem, we like to start with a clean slate.  Turning your device off and on will get us to a point where we can start troubleshooting from a fresh start up.

Now, with that said, most of your issues get resolved in just that little time (hence the stereotype) and we get a chuckle and you get on your merry way.  However, not everything is quite that simple and when they are not, that is when we shine and look like tech rock stars!
